Let’s move bodies and get slim!
Several methods of exercises and movement are described here briefly. There are many other kinds of exercise, dancing, physical training classes and visit to health clubs.
Aerobics -This method of exercise was devised in 1977 by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper of the United States. Aerobics refers to a variety of activities like walking, jogging and running. The idea is to increase the maximum amount of oxygen that the body can process in given time. Aerobics builds basic fitness and endurance. It builds agility, co-ordination and muscular strength, particularly in the arms and upper torso.
One exercise that can help you find all about your body is jogging. Actions must be taken to find out how your body reacts to the various mental, physiological environments. It is always good to know your pulse.
Yoga that originated in India is a scientific system that combines yoga postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation technique. The original word itself means to ‘link’. It aids in helping achieve balance of body, mind and soul. Some experts claim it is a way of life rather than a particular exercise movement.
Tai Chi chuan is designed to provide relaxation in the process of body-conditioning exercise. Tai Chi Chuan, Karate and Judo have their origins in Japan and are still used for mind and body. Fitness experts deem them to be great to the overall health of the body. They require control of the whole body and demand concentration.
Contests of Karate and Judo are also held, in which single competitors perform predetermined series of movements simulating defense and counterattack. They are gaining worldwide popularity and especially among the young people. Though the main aim of such exercises are self-defence , yet these arts can provide you the best of the body movements and really help you get back in a good shape. They work strongly over the body.
