About Us
My name is Raymond Lee. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years now, and considered to be one of the foremost experts in this field.
It was because I had a disk problem which resulted in neck pain that I started to spend lots of time searching for the most effective and efficient techniques to strengthen muscles, build mass and getting and staying pain-free, and healthy.
Perhaps the final answer for the lack of progress in conquering neck pain is its extensive, unfortunate and unnecessary medicalization. For over eighty years, the medical profession has worked to turn neck pain from an unfortunate human condition into an illness. It has created a disease for which it has no cure. A disease, moreover, that need not exist. By suggesting that the problem can be eliminated, medical science has raised expectations to an unrealistic level. Neck pain are not about to disappear. They will never be extinguished as long as humans live and grow old. No drug, treatment, or surgery offers a panacea. Yet the pain of a sore neck can be controllable and in most cases, abolished, at least for a time.
In view of my condition, I have thought to myself and begin to realize that I can share more information on health and fitness topics to people that can also benefit from it. With that in mind, I have created this blog so that you can keep updates not only on my latest products and ideas, but also the tips, advice and news in health and fitness industry. Hopefully, I can provide you all with some useful information along the way as well: )
